COVID-19 Safety Precautions
We care about our passengers and crew members, and take meticulous measures to make our flights as safe and healthy as possible. In response to COVID-19, we have instituted new protocols based on CDC and WHO recommendations for private jets and their crews.
Your health and safety are a priority
All aircraft are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before and after all flights, including seat armrests, seatbelts, headrests (top, sides, rear), tray tables, tray latches and air stair handrails.
All aircraft have maximum ventilation on the ground and in the air.
Crew members take and register their temperature twice daily; they are required to immediately report any temperature above 37.5°C/100°F.
Anti-bacterial hand wipes are available onboard
Information for a safe and healthy journey
Before your flight is confirmed, we may ask for travel history, health certificates and a health declaration. Download the form.
We may request further details if you have traveled to/from affected areas in the last 30 days.
Completion of a health questionnaire may be required at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure.
Crew may use digital thermometers to take the temperature of any passenger who is displaying symptoms or traveling from a high-risk area.
Our team works closely with medical experts to stay informed on updated information for COVID-19 and all suspected communicable diseases. In the event a passenger becomes ill onboard an aircraft, we have an active Emergency Response Plan maintained by the safety coordinator.
Additional procedures for your protection:
Flight requests to locations deemed high-risk for COVID-19 are reviewed with heightened standards.
Freedom Air dispatchers may screen travel itineraries for the 21 days preceding a passenger’s scheduled flight.
Crew members check passports for stamps to/from countries of concern in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
Our topflight safety practices safeguard your freedom to fly with us. We look forward to a safe and healthy flight.
